you have reached the blog of honor winter. 

i am an artist interested in video art, design, animation. i really like work of artists like laurie anderson, lynn hershman leeson and ann hamilton and their use of technology to experiment with/represent identity + perception.

i create a lot of work thats somewhat surrealist, awkward, and fantastical. i love to use bright colors and familiar iconography in my work, and explore cliches. when i first started with art, i mainly stayed within black and white illustration but i became interested in animation and motion design overtime, doing hand-drawn animation and then working in programs like aftereffects. i do draw still, but now i really like to scan sketches and bring them into photoshop.
